One design illustrates the sculpting of the land as well as the placement of walks, driveways, pools, and patios. The design marks the places which will need retaining walls and/or drainage solutions. It also indicates where sleeves should be placed under permanent surfaces, where additional electrical outlets should be placed, and what kind of plumbing will be needed to run your sprinkler system.
The second design is a complete scale drawing including all of your plant material.
